If for any reason you’re not happy with your musical instrument or accessory, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please read the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Time Frame: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Exclusions: Certain products, such as personalized or custom-made instruments, are not eligible for return unless defective. Please contact our customer service for clarification on specific items.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate the return process as outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, we can proceed with the exchange based on availability. The customer is responsible for any price differences, as well as the cost of return shipping.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or custom-made products

7. Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in processing your order or the item is defective.
